Welcome to a preview of this year’s annual “Emerging Concepts in Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Rehabilitation” spring conference! Join us in beautiful Holland, MI, on April 19th and 20th, 2013. Our venue offers a great location for our attendees to enjoy both the conference itself, as well as the downtown Holland atmosphere.

This year’s conference includes a well-balanced lineup of speakers, covering both broad and specific topics of interest. Presentations include chronic disease and healthcare spending, healthcare leadership, sleep apnea, and the use of the new AACVPR Data Registry.

As always, our conference will offer the latest technology, innovations, research, and best-practices that attendees can use to create, maintain, and advance their programs. Our great state of Michigan continues to be at the forefront of chronic disease treatment, management, and prevention, so we urge you to join us as we continue blazing a trail towards improved health for all! Conference attendees can gain education credits, network with other colleagues, visit with industry vendors, or even volunteer to serve on MSCVPR’s executive board or one of our committees.
